In this 4-week Introduction to Gyrotonic session you will try out a new breath inspired movement modality that is complimentary to both Pilates and yoga and learn how it can benefit your health, well-being and longevity. Offered in a semi-private setting for three people, you will experience the physical and energetic benefits of Gyrotonic exercises and get acquainted with the equipment in a relaxed environment. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions as you move through these circular, flowing, expansive pathways for the first time balancing strength and flexibility in your whole being.
This session is for healthy bodies without acute therapeutic needs. If do have specific therapeutic needs, we highly suggest you schedule a Gyrotonic private session for one-on-one attention.
