Inspired by the Ayurvedic wisdom of the Tridoshic Mandala of the day, we will imagine supportive, healthy, daily rituals for a creative, productive, holistic life. As yoga teachers, freelancers, creatives, we have the blessing of setting our own schedule. But at times, that blank slate can feel daunting, overwhelming, directionless. And for the 9-5ers, the repetitive routine can feel monotonous, obligatory, lifeless. Let’s examine this ancient model of the Tridoshic Mandala to transform daily routine into ritual, and find meaningful solutions for optimal work/life balance. This workshop will offer you wisdom to make subtle or profound shifts in your daily flow, and will provide time and space for you to envision a new rhythm that supports your new year’s intentions.
