10-11:30am - Morning Session: Spontaneous Yoga, Improvised Percussion + Reiki

Join us for the morning session of our Winter Solstice IN - S P A C E Retreat integrating a spontaneously created Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga practice guided by Carson Efird with the improvised percussion of Joe Westerlund. Class will conclude with an extended savasana during which Carson will offer Reiki infused hands-on enhancements to Joe's live soundscape. In this activating morning session, you will clear your energetic field and release any remaining dissonance from the past year so that you can move with a resonant YES! into the next solar cycle.
