In this Solar Space Prana Vinyasa Roots Practice you will join current Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher trainees in experiencing the activating variation of the foundational space element inspired Prana Vinyasa sequence exploring the Vasisthasana family of expansive standing balance asanas + arm balances. This solar practice will invoke an invigorating energy through Surya Namaskars, twists, heart openers + inversions. Open to the community.
