Prana Vinyasa® Flow Yoga for Beginners provides a warm and welcoming environment where you experience Prana Vinyasa for the first time. In this 4-week session you will learn the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation as you begin to embody the movements of Prana (life force, vitality). Revealing the breath as the source of your movement, Prana Vinyasa unifies your body and mind in a physically rigorous and internally rejuvenating yoga practice. Upon completion of the series you will be prepared to drop into our open level Prana Vinyasa classes.
