From this deep place, who we truly are is revealed and the person that emerges is new. From that depth of feeling we touch a different way of being and when we return we know that we can change the world. Inspired by work with many amazing women in yoga, Yogini explores the feminine aspects of spirituality and being. In it we explore a sense of our feelings, fears, needs, and voice. We use the vinyasa practice to support our inner journey toward healing, meaning, acceptance and empowerment.
