In these Prana Vinyasa Seasonal Sadhanas inspired by my twelve years of studies with Shiva Rea, we will adapt our practices to align with the changing seasons. Each holistic immersion is dedicated to the realization of an empowering peak asana that expands our evolutionary edge and embodies qualities to balance the given season. Through asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation, we will physically and energetically entrain the inner rhythms of our microcosms, the beings that we are with the rhythms of the macrocosm, the natural world we live in.
